In this episode, we (Heidi and Paul) make sense of:
~Our immediate bodily and emotional responses to the US election news of Nov. 5, 2024, and compare them to our experiences of the 2016 election. We grapple with despair and disgust only (spoiler alert) to conclude that It’s All Going To Be Great!1
~Although the guiding topic of this episode was serious, silliness and nonsense were had by all. Talking made us feel better. We hope listening is as helpful and/or relieving2 for you!
